•        In order to check out and use the audio equipment and studios students must submit one of these forms at least 24 hours in advance, have their professors approval, and have no outstanding fines or grade issues. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your reservation being denied.

  •        Personal Checkouts require a minimum 2.0 GPA to be approved, and any guests whether they are for class or personal checkouts must be approved by the Campus President if they are non-student. If they are students they must also meet the 2.0 GPA requirement and not have any outstanding fines themselves.

  •         Any equipment that is broken, missing, or kept longer than the confirmed check out time may result in fines or probation from the cage for a certain time period.

  •         You may keep the equipment longer if you fill out another form asking for a renewal at least 12 hours in advance of the return time. Keep in mind doing so is not a guarantee that you will be renewed as we want all students to have equal access to all equipment.

  •         All equipment must be returned 24 hours after checkout unless approved otherwise or the checkout was on a Friday then it would be do the following Monday.
